These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Carolina Superior Soft Wash website and the exterior cleaning services provided by Carolina Superior Soft Wash, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or scheduling services with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and related services, in Central North Carolina. Descriptions on this website are for general information; the scope of any specific job is defined in the estimate we provide for your property.
2. Estimates and scheduling
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate becomes a service agreement only when confirmed by both parties. Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent: we may need to reschedule for rain, wind, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that affect safety or results. We will communicate any changes as early as possible. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice before the scheduled service.
3. Customer responsibilities
To help us work safely and deliver the best results, we ask that you:
- Provide access to the property and an exterior water source on the day of service
- Close all windows and doors and notify anyone at the property that we'll be working
- Keep pets indoors and clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, and fragile items where practical
- Tell us in advance about known issues such as failing seals, loose siding, damaged screens, unsealed openings, or electrical concerns
4. Pre-existing conditions
Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing conditions that it did not cause, such as oxidation on siding, sun-faded paint, failed window seals, loose caulk, or deteriorated surfaces. We assess surfaces before starting and will flag concerns we notice, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects or deferred maintenance.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days and we'll return to make it right at no additional charge. Some results have natural limits. Deep-set stains, artillery fungus, or surfaces damaged before cleaning may not fully restore, and we'll tell you up front when that's the case.
6. Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Commercial and recurring-service accounts may have separate written terms.
7. Insurance and liability
We carry general liability insurance and follow industry safety standards, including Power Washers of North America (PWNA) best practices. To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Website use
The content on this website, including text, photos, videos, and graphics, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it or submitting false or automated requests through our contact form.
9. Third-party links
This website links to third-party sites (such as PWNA member verification). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
10. Changes to these Terms
